Exhaust fans for extracting moisture and odours from bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and commercial spaces.

Correct sizing matters more than the fan itself: an under-sized extractor leaves condensation, and an over-sized one pulls heat out of the building. Timed and humidistat models run on after the light is switched off, which is what actually clears the room. Check the duct run and whether the fan needs to be IP-rated for a shower area.
