Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at info@vertexsupplies.co.uk or call +44 1274 95 5353 to request a return authorisation.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
3. Send the item to: Vertex Supplies, 586 Great Horton Road, Bradford BD7 3EU.
4. We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the item.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Bespoke or custom-cut items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free collection and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
