Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3-5 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days — Free on orders over £50
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days — £6.99
  • Next Day Delivery: Order before 2pm — £9.99

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands, additional charges may apply.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@vertexsupplies.co.uk or call +44 1274 95 5353 to request a return authorisation.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
  3. Send the item to: Vertex Supplies, 586 Great Horton Road, Bradford BD7 3EU.
  4. We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the item.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Bespoke or custom-cut items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free collection and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
